What we do

Our pizzas provide an exciting alternative to a standard buffet, hog roast or BBQ. We bring along all the equipment we need including work surfaces, awnings, staff and plates and can serve 100 guests in about 90 minutes.

Our only requirement from a venue is a relatively flat area of approximately 10x6 meters which is accessible by vehicle and, if possible, has electrical power. We prefer to set up in an outside space but the oven can be used in a large barn or garage.

We are also available to facilitate courses in bread making and oven building.


Our pizzas go down well with guests on your special day.

Festival catering

One day events or weekend events from a village fayre to music festival, with been there and survived the worst mud you can find.

Corporate events

Training days, team building days, office parties.

Private parties

Birthdays, Christenings. Pizzas are a favourite food with children and they can choose their own toppings so no need to worry about who likes what.


Our philosophy

Authentic quality

Our Neapolitan style pizzas are baked in our mobile, wood fired oven at 600 degrees centigrade. The fierce fire isn't just for show - it gives them an authentic taste and crispiness that cannot be matched.

All our dough is made fresh from scratch ourselves using our tried and tested recipe with a slow fermentation for the best tasting pizzas.

Top quality ingredients

We grow many of the ingredients ourselves in our market garden in Axminster, Devon without the use of chemicals. You can’t beat our sweet peppers, chillies and salad for taste! If we cannot grow the ingredients ourselves, we source them locally where ever possible. Our mozzarella comes from Somerset, as does our Cheddar cheese and goats cheese. We use free range, Dorset ham, Somerset mushrooms and flour Wessex Mill in Wantage, Oxfordshire. We make our own tomato sauce too.


We aim to be a carbon neutral business by:

  • Keeping our food miles to a minimum.
  • Planting trees for carbon capture, off setting any that we produce (we plant one tree for every 200 miles travelled beyond our normal catchment).
  • Using reusable, recyclable and/or biodegradable plates, cutlery and packaging.
  • Using wood from local, sustainably managed woodlands.

Price & tailoring

How much?

We work on a price of between £7 to £10 per person depending on the menu required, location of event and hours of serving. Our minimum price for a local event is £500.

Personal service

Pizza toppings can be tailored to suit your personal taste or requirements. We can also provide hot bread rolls, garlic and rosemary focaccia, home grown fresh salads, cakes and puddings and drinks we even have our own homemade elderflower cordial.

We can cater for all tastes be it vegan, vegetarian or meat lovers. We make gluten free pizzas on request but they take a little longer to bake.

Some clients like nibbles to start with and we can provide homemade mezze or dips to accompany our freshly baked breads.
